Farm Waiver & Assumption of Risk

This event takes place on a working farm and includes agritourism activities, live animals (including honeybees and horses), armoured combat demonstrations, open flame/blacksmithing, and the sampling and sale of alcoholic beverages (mead).

Under Ontario law, an agritourism provider is not liable for the death, injury, or illness of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if that injury, death, or illness results from the inherent risks of that agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to their own injury or death. By attending, you are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

• No dogs are permitted on the farm at any time, including in vehicles in the parking area.
• Mead and other alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests who are 19 years of age or older, with valid ID provided upon request.
• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, particularly near animals, demonstrations, and open flame.
• The farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

By registering, you confirm that you and your party agree to these terms and release Circling Hawk Farm & Honey, its owners, and operators from claims, damages, or losses arising from attendance at this event, except where caused by the farm's own negligence.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for requests made up to 30 days before the event (on or before September 3, 2026). No refunds will be issued for requests made within 30 days of the event date.

Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the registration.
